John Legend is seeking “out of shape” actors to play Donald Trump supporters in a new music video, TMZ reports.
Legend, 38, needs eight white men and women, between 30 and 65, “preferably out of shape,” for a scene depicting a rally and counterprotesters, according to a listing in Casting Call L.A.
The listing also calls for 10 young, blond male actors with long hair on top and short hair on the sides, between 18 and 35, to play alt-right protesters.
Additionally, the “Everyday People” crooner needs eight African-American men and women between 18 and 35 to play Black Lives Matter protesters, in addition to a white and a Hispanic female, ages 18 to 45, to share a smooch in a scene.
“We want to show that there is no segregation in love,” the listing reads, “but just two human beings of any race or color.”
Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen were outspoken supporters of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
The shoot is scheduled for Friday.
In a particularly ironic twist, the listing specifies that it wants non-union actors.
