Meet the 13 years old Indian boy who designs a bike that completely run on solar

Avneet Kumar has achieved something that boys at his age would find impossible to accomplish

When he was small, Avneet Kumar has always known that he will be a great man, he dedicated most of his time to learn and try new things, eventually he is able to design a bike that completely run on solar energy.

His dreams is to produce solar driven car soon enough to pave way for the Green economy.

Indian time, reported back in March the progress of this teenage boy from Haryana, India who has achieved something that many of the learned scientists and engineers would be proud of.

13-year-old Avneet, who hails from Rewari, Haryana, has developed a bike which runs completely on solar power.

The power generated by the panels attached to the back propels the bike forward.

According to reports, Avneet also expressed his desire to build a sustainable car as well which would run on solar energy.

”My dream is to make a solar powered car that would cost lesser than Tata’s Nano car,” he said.

The bike built by Kumar is emission-free and cost effective.

If implemented on a large scale, this could be the way forward to curb growing air pollution caused by fuel generated vehicles.
